This was excellent. Good flavors for a recipe with no spices. I like the soft texture of the crust. Not flaky and hard like some chicken pot pie crusts. Uses some interesting ingredients like Palm Hearts and green olives that work very well with this dish. Here is the link...

Killer chili! I used sweet Italian Sausage and Sirloin steak instead of ground Sirloin. The Merlot really gave it a nice flavor. Highly recommended for a cold Winter night.
