Barb's China Chicken Rice from Xrecipes
No fancy pictures to show you but this is surprisingly easy and delicious. A perfect recipe to improvise with and add to. Use your favorite ingredients! I used Sho-Chiku-Bai brand Sweet rice. And I used soy sauce and sesame seed oil to deglaze the chicken and zucchini,. Think that kicked it up a notch. Barb's China Chicken Rice from Xrecipes! Two thumbs up!

Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pies from Chow
Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pies from Chow. Perfect Winter comfort food. The only thing I changed was to add celery. I made a big chicken pot pie casserole instead of the ramekins, Wonderful!
