Two Great Recipes from Recipething
Kielbasa and Potato Skillet and Spicy Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Found these two the other day on a great recipe site called recipething.
I omitted the spinach and used red pepper instead in the Kielbasa Skillet.

Perfect Pairs Continued
Party Pork Chops From Recipething And Sweet Potato Tots with Creamy Ketchup from Tasteandtellblog. Both of these recipes are wonderful and complement each other nicely. I seared the pork chops in a skillet but instead of roasting them to finish them in the oven like the recipe suggested I used the leftover liquid when I first started to fry the pork chops to deglaze them. This made a wonderful sauce.
